Ever notice how every " " Trainer " or competitor bad mouths everyone's style of training or dieting if its not their own?
They make comments like, "oh they don't know what they are doing. That is the wrong way'.
It's pretty pathetic. No matter what they always have an answer why their way is better.. PURE BS!!! i
Recently I was listening to 2 people bad mouth a trainer's diet that I knew personally. They had no idea I knew him as he is very well known.
This trainer has had easily 100 + clients with life changing results. I'm not going name names. but I spoke up and said who are you to judge him and his way - I have seen his way work. Great!! results!
Seriously, this type of stuff ticks me off.. It you do it, get over yourself. Your way is not the only way. Be open minded.
Many gyms have turned into a hate field. nowadays everyone is hating on everyone afraid someone might be stronger or look better than them.
So what. Give them props. They are obviously working for it like yourself.and maybe even working harder THAN YOU!

When I was 13 starting out in a gym everyone worked together, giving a spot, pushing someone for another rep, helping my form with an open mind of other ways can work too etc.. basically just helping others out . Where has this gone?
